Who I am
- The Supervisor
- I work in inbound customer care for a large cell phone company in the United States. Everything you will read on this blog has really happened, verbatim. Every day I witness humanity at its dumbest, both in my call center and over the phones. This is the chronicle of those moments, put forth for your enjoyment.
